  • Do I need recessed lighting? YES, recessed lighting is still recommended for optimal lighting in your space.
  • Can my mirror get wet? Mirrors are IP44 rated for damp environments. Direct exposure to water is not recommended.
  • Are shelves optional? Only on the Avior.
  • Shelf weight limit? Under 5lbs.
  • Does every mirror have a defogger? YES, the defogger automatically turns on when lights are on.
  • Does my mirror come in one piece? YES, the mirrors are assembled and sealed for IP44 compliance. 
  • Where are my mirrors made? Designed in Italy, manufactured in China.
  • Are the mirrors magnified? No non of the wall-hung mirrors are magnified. 
  • Can we get custom sizes? YES, MOQ is 50 pieces + freight.
  • Cleaning recommendations? Spray Windex on a soft cloth and wipe clean.
  • What is the average LED lifespan? 50,000 hours; however, in more than 12 years of business none of our LEDs have gone out.
  • How thick is the glass? 5mm glass is used for enhanced safety 
  • Can components be replaced? YES, on the rare occasion this is required, components can be replaced in the field.
  • What is the warranty? Oxygen is offering a 7 year warranty.
  • How do I hang my mirror? There is a wall template and diagram in every box; mark the wall, insert the screws and hang the mirror with a French Cleat.
  • What type of mounting system do the mirrors have? Mounting consists of brackets with keyholes; most mirrors require 4 screws.
  • Any additional safety features? YES, mirrors come with an anti-tamper device that prevents the mirror from easily being lifted off the wall. Mirrors contain a safety film for anti- shatter purposes.
  • Mirrors have been impact tested.
  • Will I need a wall switch? YES, however the light will not activate the light functions unless the mirror is left on and switched off.
  • Am I limited to hanging my mirror in only one orientation? NO, the only thing to keep in mind is the integrated touch button or IR sensor placement. 
  • Do I need a vanity light? If the mirror features direct light, no. If the mirror features ambient and or frame lighting, yes.
