What is the dimension from the ceiling to the bottom of the blade? I know the fan - motor,etc is 10.25” but can’t find the clearance - ceiling to blade bottom. My concern is around a door opening and hitting a blade. Thank you. Diane Adams

Why does my wall Mount controller have three speeds and my remote control has six

We have this fan installed in several single rooms. The rooms are in a series next to on another and across the hall from each other. The wall control in one room is operating the fan and light in an adjacent room. What options do we have to correct this issue?

This unit is equipped with an automatically learned type remote control. There are no frequency switches on the receiver and transmitter; the receiver unit will automatically scan the frequency from the remote control if any changes are made. This unit has 65,000 different code combinations.

Remote pairing process (Note: Prior to starting the paring process make sure power going to all fans is turned off. Once one fan is paired properly make sure to turn power off going to that fan prior to starting the paring process on a second fan)

With the fan’s power off, restore power to the fan. Press and hold “ FAN OFF” button for about 5 seconds and release. If optional light kit is installed, the light kit will flash twice and the signal light on the

remote control will come on when the button is pressed. The fan has completed the pairing process with the remote control and is ready for use. NOTE: A single fan can be controlled with as many as 3 wall controls in one room. Every control will need to repeat the pairing process based on instructions above and all controls must be within 30 feet of the fan.

Looking at Oslo Hugger 52" fan for a 10' ceiling. If I change my mind and want to add a short downroad, is it possible to buy the rod

Yes the Oxygen Oslo fan comes with both a 4 and 6 inch downrod. You can order 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 inch downrods here
