I just bought four of your fans and one of the remotes is controlling a fan in different room
When this happens, we recommend the customer turn the power OFF on ALL fans by use of the wall switch. Then following the instructions found in the manual so that only one fan is controlled by a single remote. Once the first fan is paired to a single remote, then turn that fans power OFF from the wall switch before starting the learning process on a second fan.
