I have a fan that was installed in 1996. the remmote that it came with no longer works.. it's a Quorum remote, model number UC-7040. Is there a remote that will work with the fan?
It depends on whether your fan uses an AC or DC motor. If it's a DC motor, you may use the Quorum 8-1400 DC remote with DIP switches as a replacement.
